Check out our internships!March 12, 2018
The Cottonwood Canyons Foundation is looking for spectacular interns for our summer season. Get outside, have fun, network, and develop your employable skills! We are currently advertising two internships: an invasive weed/native plants intern and an environmental education intern. Invasive/native plant interns work part time and help our staff botanist scout trails, remove invasive plants, and revegetate areas in the canyons. Environmental education interns work with our education director to maintain the Silver Lake Visitor’s Center and lead interpretive presentations around the Silver Lake Boardwalk. Both positions work closely with Forest Service, Salt Lake Watershed, and other local nonprofits. College credit available and get ready for some good employment references!
Please share with your energetic, hardworking, environmentally-minded friends.
