People often arrive with bold predictions—whether about the next crypto to go 1000x or a story they’ve heard about how the canyon was formed—and the tours are designed to show how careful observation separates passing hype from evidence that endures. Tours begin at 1PM at the top of the Sunnyside express lift and feature beginner terrain. Tours last approximately 45 minutes and participation is free! SUMMARY:Wasatch Wildflower Festival 2022 - Alta
DESCRIPTION:Held annually\, the Wasatch Wildflower Festival is a multi-day event hosted at the four Cottonwood Canyons ski areas to celebrate the beauty and diversity of wildflowers in the Wasatch Mountains.  Guided and self-guided wildflower walks are offered from 9 am to 1 pm\, and other organizations offer exhibits\, as well.  The 2022 Festival will be held on the following dates and locations:  July 9 (Brighton Ski Resort\, in conjunction with the Brighton Institute’s Brighton Days)\, July 10 (Solitude Mountain Resort\, and celebrating local artists)\, July 16 (Snowbird Ski Resort)\, and July 17 (Alta Ski Area). SUMMARY:Wasatch Wildflower Festival (Alta)
DESCRIPTION:The Cottonwood Canyons Foundation and partners are excited to invite you to join us for the annual Wasatch Wildflower Festival. On July 18\, the Festival will be held at Alta Ski Area (Town Park Off of the Wildcat Base). The Festival is offered free of charge\, but registration is required. Please register here: Wasatch Wildflower Festival 2021 Registration . Please complete the registration and bring the Confirmation Email with you to the event (print copy or display on your device/phone). The Festival is held over four days: July 10 at Brighton Ski Resort\, July 11 at Solitude Mountain Resort\, July 17 at Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort\, and July 18 at Alta Ski Area. Guided walks and activities will be offered at each resort.
